Relaxed, fun and upbeat classes that improve balance, co-ordination and posture, with fun and easy to follow dance routines.
These classes are aimed at men and women of all abilities. They include exercises and dance routines that use different dance styles.
The creative dance class works on a new theme each term. There are opportunities for individual creative work and collaboration using contemporary dance techniques.
These classes are led by Elizabeth Crosswell.

Core Pilates

Classes are taught by Natalie Wratten; a fully certified APPI Pilates Instructor with a background in Physiotherapy. Classes are course-based, and booking is essential in order to limit class sizes and to ensure one-to-one attention can be paid to participants within each session. Each class is friendly, welcoming and non-competitive, suitable for a wide range of abilities due to the modifications and exercise progressions offered as we go along.

Whether you're riding that pregnancy glow or feeling a little tired, achey, overwhelmed. You'll be able to take something from each session.
No previous yoga experience needed, you don't need to be flexible, own lululemon or even know what you're doing, you'll be guided through every step of the way.
What to expect:
* gentle movement to ease aches and pains
* calming breathwork
*a relaxed space to meet other mums-to-be
*time to properly switch off and rest
*a chance to unwind after a busy day

Little Acorns Stay and Play

We have a large variety of toys and play equipment suitable for babies and beyond. Sessions include craft, messy play, outdoor activities, music, story time and refreshments in a friendly welcoming atmosphere and for only £3.00!
